We hope you will be completely happy with your order. However, in the event that you wish to return an item, you must notify us in writing to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. The delivery date is taken as the date the shipment was signed for and released by the shipping provider. Please provide us with details as to the reason for your return - it will help us ensure better service in the future.
Returned merchandise must include original packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise and pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless defective. SALE ITEMS AND CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment as default. Please note that we not be able to refund the cost of shipping returned items.
We offer a complimentary repair service on any item purchased from our website or from other approved retail locations for up to one year after purchase. Repairs on products over a year old will be subject to a fee, which will be contingent upon material availability and nature of repair. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a repair authorisation prior to sending any items back, and include your receipt as proof of the original date of purchase. Repairs are subject to the availability of the original parts used in the piece.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU COMPLETE ALL CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY and state that these are "ITEMS FOR RETURN" or "ITEMS FOR REPAIR" and specify the EXACT SAME CUSTOMS VALUE stated on the inbound customs documents that accompanied your order shipment. Failure to comply with this may result in additional customs charges being deducted from your refund amount, or which you will be liable to pay before we send your repaired item back.
